Campaign lead form
When you submit the form at /start/, Seven Marketing saves your name, business name, WhatsApp number, selected service, budget and contact consent in its private CRM on its hosting server. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and manage follow-up. Submitting this form sends your details directly to Seven Marketing; you do not need to send a WhatsApp message.
Contact Sales@thesevenmarketing.com to request correction or deletion of your inquiry information. CRM access is restricted by sign-in. A necessary session cookie is used for staff sign-in only.
Other project inquiries
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, company, optional phone number and project details so Seven Marketing can respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Contact choices
If you choose email or WhatsApp, your inquiry opens in that service for you to review and send. Those services handle your information according to their own privacy terms.
This website
The campaign form offers optional Meta advertising measurement. Only if you tick the measurement checkbox, Meta Pixel receives page-view and successful-inquiry events, along with browser/device information, IP address and cookie identifiers. We do not send your form answers through the pixel or enable automatic advanced matching. Untick the option before submitting to revoke measurement for this visit. You can also remove Meta cookies through your browser settings. Your inquiry works without optional tracking. Meta handles received data under its privacy policy. Inquiry details are not saved in browser storage. Other contact forms prepare your inquiry for you to send through email or WhatsApp. The campaign lead form submits directly to our CRM. Preparing or downloading an inquiry does not send it to Seven Marketing. You can contact us at Sales@thesevenmarketing.com with questions about your inquiry.
Google Analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures website visits and completed inquiries using browser/device information and cookie identifiers. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses or form answers. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. You can decline or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your inquiry works without analytics.
Seven Marketing website reports
With your analytics permission, we also collect page paths, entry source, device category, visible-page time, scroll depth and successful inquiry events on our own VPS. Random browser and session identifiers help estimate visitors and sessions. We do not include form answers or raw IP addresses in these reports. Records are retained for 90 days. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences.
